Salon Nagomi
This is a gathering of life experts from Takinoue Town.
The Umekko Gymnastics Club also joined us.
The basic membership requirement is for men and women aged 60 and over.
For health and communication purposes,
We are having a great time together.
Once a month (2nd Monday, morning) inside or outside the community center
Face to face,
Healthy exercises and brain exercises,
Stretching, Grand Golf,
And we share time together, chatting and so on.
Sometimes we have dinner parties (lunch boxes) and karaoke.
We also hold events .
We meet according to our own convenience and physical condition.
Communication with various neighbors
It's a great stimulus for the mind and the heart,
It gives me energy every day.
Not just at home,
Please come and visit us.
We look forward to seeing you.
There are no annual fees.
The participation fee for each session is 100 yen.
