Spring is yet to come

 little birds run on the ice of the pond

On a sunny afternoon in Kisaragi, the pond at Kazenoko Taiyo no Ko Square was still frozen solid. Two birds were trotting back and forth across the ice, pecking at something.

October cherry blossoms waiting for people

As autumn deepened, October cherry blossoms, with their double flowers, were in full bloom on the banks of the pond on the north side of the Johoji temple grounds.

A peach yukata that melts into your skin

〇If you mix sunflower yellow and pink, you get skin color (although this isn't a term we use much these days).

Many large magnolia leaves were falling in the far west corner of the Kaze no Ko Taiyo no Ko Square.

This is the impression of the pond at Kaze no Ko Taiyo no Ko Square from the drum bridge before the harsh winter.

Even though it's mid-winter, there are already flower buds. They're dazzling with the faint glow of the morning sun, braving the cold.
